We design, supply, install, commission, and certify high-density storage sprinklers, deluge systems, and foam fire suppression architectures for industrial plants, manufacturing factories, and logistics warehouses across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Operating in strict compliance with the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS Directives SAF-01 through SAF-14), Saudi Building Code (SBC 801), NFPA Standards (11, 13, 15, 16, 20, 230, 30), and Saudi Civil Defense (Salamah) mandates, our life safety solutions protect high-value inventory, production lines, and structural assets against rapid fire propagation and thermal collapse.
Modern high-bay logistics centers and manufacturing plants contain dense vertical storage racking, automated material handling, and highly combustible plastic/chemical loads that require fast-acting suppression.

We manage every phase of private fire water main and pump house development, taking your project seamlessly from blank blueprints to official Civil Defense approval.

Classifying storage commodities (Class I–IV, Group A/B/C Plastics) and evaluating rack clearances, roof heights, and flue space alignments.
Certified hydraulic network calculations, flow tests, and foam proportioner testing logs prepared for official HCIS and Civil Defense reviews.
Complete documentation processing, including UL/FM component certificates, installation test logs, and as-built drawings to secure Civil Defense licensing.
Large-scale manufacturing facilities, chemical storage sites, and industrial logistics parks under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Interior’s High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) mandate rigorous commodity hazard classification, hydraulic grid modeling, and certified protection workflows.

Processing plants and raw material warehouses handling solvent drums, fuel lines, or painting lines require immediate open-nozzle deluge containment.
UL-listed/FM-approved foam bladder tanks and proportioners using fluorine-free or AFFF concentrates to suppress Class B flammable liquid spills across loading docks, mixing bays, and drum storage rooms.
Mechanical smoke exhaust networks integrated with automatic draft curtains and roof vents to restrict smoke travel, preserving visibility and lowering overhead thermal stress on steel roof trusses.
Our fire protection engineering services support manufacturing plants, cold stores, and industrial logistics facilities across the Kingdom’s key economic hubs.
Whether outfitting a new MODON industrial park warehouse or retrofitting an existing factory for HCIS approval, our certified fire engineers deliver fast-track site audits, CAD layout reviews, and itemized estimates.

ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinklers release high volumes of water at high pressure with large droplet sizes to penetrate strong fire plumes. This allows suppression of fires in storage racks up to 40–45 feet tall without needing in-rack sprinklers in many standard rack layouts.
Commodities are classified (Class I through IV and Group A, B, or C Plastics) based on their materials, packaging, pallet type, and combustibility. Higher hazard levels (like unexpanded or expanded Group A plastics) require significantly higher water density and operating pressures.
HCIS SAF-04 requires foam-water deluge or high-expansion foam systems paired with containment curbs and oil-water drainage systems to prevent flammable liquid fires from spreading across adjacent storage bays.
